Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qchatz. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Qchatz is only for people aged 18 and over. By using Qchatz you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Impersonating someone else is not allowed.
• You must provide accurate profile information, including real photos of yourself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Qchatz to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Post sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content.
• Solicit money, promote a business, or run scams.
• Attempt to bypass safety features, rate limits, or subscription controls.

4. Plans & payments

Paid features (Pro, Pro+, Boosts, and Super Likes) are one-time purchases paid through our online payment processor. Pro and Pro+ each last 30 days from purchase and never renew automatically — you buy again when you want to continue. Buying the plan you already have adds another 30 days to it. Buying Pro+ while on Pro starts Pro+ straight away in place of your Pro plan, and the days left on the Pro plan are not refunded or carried over. Buying Pro while on Pro+ starts Pro after your Pro+ ends. See our Refund Policy for details. All purchases are final; we only refund for major problems (such as being charged twice or paying without receiving what you bought). Deleting your account does not change a plan you have paid for.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By posting content on Qchatz, you grant us a limited license to display it to other members as part of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice, at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; doing so deactivates it and hides your profile, and how we keep and erase your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Qchatz is provided "as is." We do not perform criminal background checks on members. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person for the first time.
